This on-site position will perform routine and emergency service for one or more sites including Moves, Adds and Changes on Avaya Systems.

Requirements:

  • Hold current Avaya certifications on products installed at the customer sites.
  • Complete work ticket documentation in the customers ticketing system.
  • Keep the customer informed of progress on issues along with notifying the scheduler of task completion.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working on Avaya products.

Product Familiarity:

  • Proficient with programming and maintaining Avaya Blue and Red PBX systems release 7.0 and higher.
  • Proficient with programming and maintaining Call Pilot Voicemail systems.


Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Understanding of SIP trunking and SIP phone programming.
  • Knowledge of Spectralink wireless phone systems.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
